Biopolinex Sp. z o. o. realizuje następujące projekty:
2. „Plazmowa technologia usuwania tlenków azotu z gazów spalinowych.”
DEZMETAN
"Development of technologies for the preparation of substrates used in methane co-fermentation by disintegration methods"
The goal of the project is to develop and implement a complete technological line for the conditioning of substrates from agri-food processing using hydrodynamic and low-temperature disintegration in an innovative hybrid system.
TANGO 2
"Plasma technology for removing nitrogen oxides from flue gas."
The new technology that is the subject of the TANGO 2 project consists in irradiating the exhaust stream with an electron beam from the accelerator, which causes excitation, ionization and dissociation of the main components of the mixture. As a consequence of many physicochemical processes, reactors form free radicals, ions, atoms and secondary electrons, which lead to the oxidation of harmful substances.
ARIES
"Development of a hybrid system using the fast electron accelerator to purify the exhaust gas in diesel engines used in marine vessels."
The new hybrid technology is based on the concept of combining two exhaust gas purification methods: electron beam (EB) and improved wet scrubbing.
MEB PRODUCTION
"Construction of a production plant for innovative Small Bio-methane Heat and Power Plants."
Small biogas plants can pay off, especially if they use the heat and electricity generated for their own needs and use biomass obtained from the production or processing plant close by.
HYGIENISATION
"Zero-energy technology for producing biologically safe organic fertilizer based on sewage sludge."
The use of sewage sludge in agriculture is supported by an increase in the amount of sewage sludge produced both in Poland and around the world, and a decrease in the amount of organic fertilizers used.
